A Magical Wedding at Villas at the Vineyard

On October 16th, we had the absolute joy of coordinating the beautiful wedding of one of the sweetest couples at the stunning Villas at the Vineyard. I had the pleasure of working with them for about a year and a half leading up to their big day, and throughout that time, their love, kindness, and excitement for their wedding was always so evident. It was clear from the start that this day would be filled with heartfelt moments and joy for everyone involved.

The ceremony took place outdoors, with the vineyard providing a breathtaking backdrop as the couple exchanged their vows. The setting was picturesque, making it easy to feel the romance and intimacy of the moment. The wedding party looked incredible, with the groomsmen in classic black suits and the bridesmaids in a variety of green dresses. Each dress was unique and perfectly suited to the personality of the wearer, yet all came together beautifully as a cohesive and stunning ensemble.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a lively cocktail hour on the outdoor patio. The atmosphere was full of energy, featuring a Mariachi band that brought music and fun to the celebration, an outdoor bar serving refreshing drinks, and a generous charcuterie spread from Little Picnic Co. Before the Mariachis wrapped up, the couple shared a private dance with the band indoors, creating a truly special and memorable moment that they—and their guests—will never forget.

Make it stand out

The reception space was simple yet elegant, with ivory linens and green runners highlighting the natural beauty of the venue. Small pops of green color added personality without overpowering the space, and each table featured a few unique goblets for guests to take home as a keepsake. The wedding party made a lively and unforgettable entrance, dancing down the stairs while holding adorable face cutouts of the couple. This was followed by the grand entrance of the newlyweds as Mr. and Mrs., leading directly into their first dance together—a moment full of love and celebration.

Once dinner was complete and the toasts were delivered, the party truly began! The DJ, a personal friend of the couple from California, brought a high-energy and personalized touch to the celebration. Guests were treated to delightful surprises throughout the evening, including an inflatable cow, tossing the groom in the air, and a fun money dance to help the couple start their life together with a little extra cheer.

Desserts were another highlight of the evening. A large display of Duck Donuts delighted guests, alongside multiple platters of homemade cookies lovingly prepared by the bride’s family. Altogether, the sweets covered one and a half tables, creating a visually stunning—and absolutely delicious—treat for everyone to enjoy.

The day was filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and pure joy. From the romantic ceremony to the lively dancing and sweet personal touches, this wedding perfectly reflected the couple’s personalities and love for one another. It was an absolute honor to be a part of their special day and witness such a beautiful celebration of love. We are so grateful to have been part of this journey and wish this wonderful couple all the happiness as they begin their next chapter together.
