A Celebration to Remember: Deb & Bruce’s Elegant Spring Wedding
On April 12, 2025, we had the pleasure of coordinating a stunning wedding for Deb and Bruce in the charming town of Georgetown, Texas. This wedding was a perfect blend of timeless elegance, heartfelt moments, and thoughtful details — all set against a beautiful Texas spring backdrop.
A Warm Welcome at the Stone Archway
Guests were greeted at a picturesque stone archway where a custom welcome sign adorned with fresh florals set the tone for the day. The sign featured delicate blush roses and greenery, perfectly complementing the natural stone textures of the venue and the sunny spring weather.
A Romantic Ceremony on the Terrace
The ceremony took place on a beautiful stone terrace, framed by white acrylic pillars topped with lush floral arrangements of white, blush, and peach blooms with cascading greenery. A matching floral arrangement crowned the pergola overhead, creating a romantic, intimate setting for Deb and Bruce to exchange their vows surrounded by loved ones.
Cocktail Hour with a Festive Twist
After the ceremony, guests were treated to a lively cocktail hour serenaded by a talented mariachi band. The group added a vibrant, joyful energy to the celebration, providing the perfect soundtrack as guests mingled on the Patio, enjoyed refreshing drinks, and soaked in the beautiful surroundings.
Elegant Dinner Reception Details
After cocktail hour ended, the guests moved inside to the reception space in the Grand Room. This space was equally elegant, featuring soft, romantic floral arrangements paired with trios of taper candles in elegant glass holders. The combination of delicate blooms and warm candlelight created a cozy, inviting ambiance as guests gathered for dinner, toasts, and cake cutting .
A thoughtful touch we loved — a table sign let guests know that their Uber rides were covered for the evening, ensuring everyone could relax and celebrate without worry.
Sweet Endings: A Mini Pie Dessert Table
Instead of a traditional towering wedding cake, Deb and Bruce opted for a small, beautifully decorated cake for their ceremonial cake cutting. But the real showstopper was the dessert table, filled with an array of mini pies. Guests loved getting to pick their favorites from flavors like bourbon pecan, cheesecake, and fruit options, and more — a charming and personal touch that always delights a crowd.
A Day to Remember
Deb and Bruce’s wedding was a wonderful example of how personal details, thoughtful planning, and meaningful traditions come together to create an unforgettable celebration. It was an honor to help with the coordination of bringing their vision to life and be part of their beautiful love story.
