General Parties and Events Packages
We not only love weddings, but we really love ALL events and celebrations of the Moment and Milestones in your life. Let us help make all your celebrations perfect. These could include Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Engagement Parties, Surprise Parties, Holiday Parties, and Many more.
Day-Of Coordination for Parties and Events:
~ Number of Guests- 0-75: $300
~ Number of Guests- 76-100: $400
~ Number of Guests- 101+: $600
~ Unlimited phone and email communication from the date of contract/agreement to the event.
~ Creation of vendor arrival times, décor details, and event timeline.
~ 1-2 weeks before the event day, we will call all vendors to verify details of their services, discuss remaining balances, and distribute the day-of itinerary of arrival times.
~ Event Day (Up to 5 hours from Set-up to Clean-up):
o Arrive at venue when vendors arrive to provide smooth set-up for the event.
o Set-up all decorations, favors, place cards, candles, etc. that are needed.
o Ensure remaining payments are given to vendors.
o On-site coordination and supervision of the event.
o Assist with vendor clean-up and exit of all guests once the event is completed (If time permits).
Full Coordination for Parties and Events:
~ Number of Guests- 0-75: $500
~ Number of Guests- 76-100: $650
~ Number of Guests- 101+: $900
~ Coordination and management of selecting ALL vendors that are needed. More details can be seen below:
o Moments and Milestones will find the vendor options; however, customer will choose the best fit for them.
o Payments and contracts will be signed by customer and will be between customer and vendor. Moments and Milestones will help with the coordination of the signatures and payments.
~ Event Day: Same as Day-Of Package listed above
